Built in Shopping Cart

Looked through the forums but couldn't find an answer.

I have the Full version of AOM (latest version). Shopping cart is set to YES (for built in) yet when I test it on my site, I get bumped over to the Amazon product pages when I click BUY. Also, nothing shows up in the built in shopping cart.

Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

Downloadable merchandise (mp3s, e-books, wireless phone plans, video downloads, etc.) cannot be put into the shopping cart. You are sent directly to Amazon to purchase these items.

Ok thanks. Seems a bit cumbersome if they want to buy more than 1 item from my shop.

I agree; however Amazon will not allow us to do it any other way, so our hands are tied.

I have products under Contract Cell Phones & Service Plans category. But all of those phones cannot be Add To Cart. It redirects into Amazon page. Why this Add To Cart not working?

if i want to block importing such digital items that what steps should i take?
