Redirect URL shop to home page

Hi,

I have aom installed at www.mydomain.co.uk and the shop is show in www.mydomain.co.uk/shop.php

How do I get the www.mydomain.co.uk to show the shop instead because if someone goes to www.mydomain.co.uk it show my server files.

Should I use a redirect?

Under the AOM CP | SEO | Url Home File enter ../

Then turn on mod_rewrite on the same page. And put in the rules you can find within the AOM documentation in your .htaccess file.

Additionally
place this code within your .htaccess file
