Your website control panel (such as cPanel) will allow you to create subdirectories, limited only by whatever your hosting package is. Check with your webhost for more details.

I also have such problems, I know how to create subdomain, but I don't want to install the script in every single subdomain, is possible for just install the Associate O Matic into home domain, and the subdomain can show some specific information too.

For example, I want my site sell France, German, Canada, US and UK amazon products. The straight method is install every script into fr.domain.com ca.domain.com etc. that means I will install 5 times and modify 5 subdomain 5 times.

Wooooooooo, so, any solution for this. Install once,and show different language site for just one click

add that to the wishlist. that took me by surprise too. it seems quite easy enough to present different versions of the shop based on the client IP since it's all the same script anyway.
