Buy Button are not showing at the correct location

Buy Button are not showing at the correct location

I just switch from shopping cart to buy now to test thing. When I click on Item Pages (Usual Place) box only, there are buy buttons at the top and bottom. When I click on Item Pages (bottom) box only, there are no buy buttons on the item page.

It's showing buy now button on the usual and bottom spot, even though I only check the usual box.
