This AM I get a call on my 800 line for my store at www.plus-size-heaven.com . The lady says she's seen several dresses she'd like to buy and starts to give me her order. I say, Oh, you order online. "What do you mean?" she asks. I say you click on the item you want and add the item to your cart"

Then she asks, "How do I get a cart?"
