Associate-O-Matic v5.0.0 BETA coming April 30

The next major release (v5) of Associate-O-Matic is nearing completion. We will be releasing the BETA on April 30.

One of the major features coming in v5 are themes/templates. This will allow you to completely customize the appearance of your store. Developers and designers will also be able to create they're own templates and offer them to the user community for free or a fee. It will open up all kinds of neat new possibilities for AOM users. As a part of this, we're cleaning up our underlying code base from bulky nested table layouts to clean, light-weight CSS layouts.

Here are some highlights of what's coming in this release...

• - CSS Themes/Templates
  - Color Schemes
  - Several new Amazon categories (across locales)
  - Integrated "Search Within Results"
  - Image cloaking
  - Improved admin interface
  - Numerous bug fixes
  - And much more...

is there anything in the v5 that is going to address in some way the issue with amazon API limits

please note that i am not saying it is an issue with AOM

We've added a new setting called "Error API Limit". If provided this error message (any HTML or text) will be displayed in cases where you have reached the Amazon API limit.
