California users: Associates program terminated
Amazon just e-mailed me with this: Hello, Unfortunately, Governor Brown has signed into law the bill that we emailed you about earlier today. As a result of this, contracts with all California residents participating in the Amazon Associates Program are terminated effective today, June 29, 2011. Tho...

Re: I use Lite Version
First time I opened the bike site, I got "Failed to open the RSS feed." While it worked the second time, there's something a little scary about seeing error messages at an online store.

Main complaint is the logo, it looks very unprofessional. If you don't know any graphic designers, I'd recommend hiring one.

Re: http://www.urbanpunk.net
Not bad. Design is a little "flat" for my taste, but it gets the job done.

Re: Method - Finding Browse Nodes
I suppose that's possible, but the URLs that Amazon returns for brand searches are pretty odd. I'm not sure how to parse them. For the aforementioned example of American Apparel men's pants: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=brand_abn_18?ie=UTF8&bbn=1040658&rnid=1040658&rh=n%3A1036592%2Cp_4%3AAmerican%20A...

Re: Method - Finding Browse Nodes
I'm a little new at this, but I'm having some trouble finding a way to do what I want with Brose Nodes. Basically, I want to make separate catagories for a specific brand. Here's what I mean. American Apparel has a browse node: 2491485011 If you go to that page on Amazon, it lists some options. If y...

Re: Feature Request: Cache Preservation
Seems like there's two different caches in question here -- the cache of Amazon's datafeed, and the cache of the pre-baked AOM store pages. Ideally, I'd think the Amazon datafeeds could be cached separately from the AOM pages themselves to avoid the "max requests" error.

Re: Make a wish
Not sure if it goes against the Amazon rules (you'd know better than I would) but I'd love to be able to override product titles and descriptions. This would be great for SEO purposes, in particular.

Google Website Optimizer
Has anyone managed to integrate Website Optimizer into their store?
It looks like a great way to increase sales... if it's possible.
