I have no shop.php file. I changed it to index.php. Regarding file permission I even tried 777

I can see and make changes to inkjetsandtoners.co.uk via admin.php. However when I try to load the site it does not load with Chrome and gives net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE.

Any idea what is going on?
