I figured this out the URL is not http://www.yoursite.com/header.php etc
it should be full server path to the location of header.php
in my case
/hsphere/local/home/username/yoursitename.com/header.php

anybody have any luck with bmcaulif's script...please help..i cannot get it to work...

I Copied exactly the same code given by "bmcaulif" but it is not working. the raw Code is Showing in Main Site index page.
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
