Re: Faced sites de-indexed problem...? how?

I can also tell you for a fact that their adsense stat reporting has been wrong lately. I'm a bit of a news junkie and don't particularly like the heavy news sites, so a few years ago I built a WP/RSS news site just for me to use. Even though I pretty much didn't care if anyone else showed up I stil...

Re: Faced sites de-indexed problem...? how?

It seems like they are on a mission to kill affiliate marketing. My personal opinion is that's exactly what they want. I suspect they see it as something of no value, like spam. I think that you give them too much credit. I'm of the belief that this is purely a means by which that they can eliminat...

Re: RSS Reader in Google Chrome

...The Google Chrome fiasco continues, they just dropped their RSS Reader in Chrome!... Will the AOM "Custom Page > Page Type [RSS Feed]" continue to properly decode and display RSS feeds in Chrome? http://news.cnet.com/8301-1023_3-57574810-93/google-scraps-chromes-rss-extension-along-with-reader/?...

Re: Pagination Bug w/ Latest Chrome Update - FIX

aom > themes > default (or whatever) css.tpl.php find this line: .aom_pg {margin:1em 0 0 0; clear:left; font-size:85%;} change by removing "clear:left;" which yields: .aom_pg {margin:1em 0 0 0; font-size:85%;} This seems to correct the issue. Have checked in Chrome, IE 8, latest FF and O Make sure t...

Have noticed the pagination is now skewed with this latest update. I've reviewed a lot of different AOM sites with different themes and this is an issue with all.

Thoughts?

Re: Very Minor Pagination Bug...

I'm seeing the same issue in Chrome as well. The above methods work to get the page navigation all in line, however there is no margin between the page links and the dashed line - they run right into each other. I've done a lot of customization so I might have opened up some space elsewhere, but yo...

If I'm reading your question correctly, I'd say go to:
admin > meta descriptions
admin > meta keywords
admin > titles (here you can mash up the order if desired)

Error Message

AOM Admin > Errors > Error API Limit I have a custom message applied here, but as I was working on a site just now I received a "Request from ************** is throttled." error. Is that error message not the Amazon API limit error message? If so, why did my custom message not display? If not, what ...

When a node is filtered, are all nodes downstream of that node filtered as well? Very Minor Pagination Bug...

...found in css.tpl.php v.5.2.1 specific to this line: .aom_pagination {margin:8px 0; display:table;} This caused a wrapping of the "Next" box when clicking through the page numbers due to the "Previous" box becoming bold. This was ONLY noticed on Chrome and Chrome derivatives like COMODO Dragon. Ot...
