No, you do not lose your saved settings. Once your 30-Day Trial expires and you move to either the Lite or Full version, your store settings remain intact so it is very easy to migrate your store to one or the other. |

No. However, we have made every effort to include features and controls that are important to the user community. In fact, many of Associate-O-Matic's features were suggested by the user community. If you have an idea for a feature you'd like to see added, tell us about it. It might become part of an upcoming release. |

I can't save my Control Panel username/password? What do I do? |
| |
1. Make sure you have uploaded the shop.php, admin.php and aom.php files with the proper permissions and mode (BINARY).
2.
Make sure you are using at least PHP v4.x as there are certain functions that require at least this version.
3.
If all else fails, upload an empty file to your server (in the same location as admin.php) named "aom_debug.txt". The presence of this file will enable bug reporting which may help you troubleshoot the problem further.
4.
If you still can't fix the problem, email us the errors you saw when you uploaded the aom_debug.txt file.

I'm getting a message to enter an unlock key. What do I do? |

There is no unlock key. This error is usually related to permissions needing to be tweaked.
Make sure the aom.php file is set to 777 (Unix) or Readable/Writable (Windows).

How do I change my store login username and password? |
| |
To change or reset your store username and/or password you need to delete the /aom/cfg.login.php file on your server. Once deleted, go back into the AOM Control Panel (admin.php). It will ask you to re-setup the username and password.
