If provided this error message (any HTML or text) will be displayed in cases where no data is returned from Amazon. Otherwise the default message will appear... 'The server is busy. Please refresh this page in a moment.'. If you are not getting data returned from Amazon and it happens everytime, then it is most likely related to a server configuration issue on your side. From time to time, Amazon's servers might be busy or slow. If this causes data to not be returned, this would be another case where this error message would be displayed. Note: If this error occurs and you have page caching enabled, the page in question will not be cached which is good. It will be cached only when data is successfully returned from Amazon. |
